The Core is the authoritative control plane of Stratatrix. It observes and validates activity, enforces policy and access, orchestrates data flows, and preserves system-wide invariants. It is not user-facing: its role is governance, stability and trusted oversight while models and simulations operate under its authority.

Purpose
The Core preserves continuity, integrity and operational balance across Stratatrix. It governs authorised access, enforces policy, protects global invariants, and ensures the platform remains auditable and reliable. It does not produce domain outputs or perform modelled reasoning; it confines, mediates and validates.

Supervision and control
The Core mediates all authorised access. Interactions are capability-gated, rate-limited and monitored. High-risk or experimental actions are isolated or rerouted. Global invariants and integrity checks run continuously.
