Contact via the button above to reach Stratatrix.

1. Scope

This policy explains what personal data Stratatrix may process, why we process it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum personal data required for secure operation and service delivery. Categories include:

  • Identifiers and contact data: IP addresses, device identifiers, email address where supplied.
  • Interaction data: inputs you submit to Stratatrix, session logs, timestamps, pages viewed, technical diagnostics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers placed on your device to enable functionality, security, analytics and personalisation.

We do not intentionally process special category or sensitive data. If you submit such data in error, use the contact page accessible via the contact button and we will remove it unless retention is required by law.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We process data for core operation, security, performance, and legal compliance. Lawful bases include:

  • Consent: for non-essential cookies, analytics and optional features that require explicit agreement.
  • Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to provide the service you requested.
  • Legitimate interests: for fraud prevention, security, platform improvement and aggregated analytics. These interests are balanced against your rights and documented internally. We do not rely on legitimate interests where consent is required.

4. Cookies and consent

We use cookies for essential operation, security and optional analytics or personalisation. Non-essential cookies are only set after active consent. Essential cookies necessary for the service are exempt from consent requirements.

If you choose the option to leave the service or otherwise decline cookies the platform will operate in a limited mode. Required functionality remains, personalisation and analytics are disabled.

5. How we use and share data

Data is used to deliver functionality, maintain security, and improve the Core. We may share personal data with contracted subprocessors, all under contract and subject to safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

We disclose data where required by law, court order or to protect legal rights.

6. Transfers and safeguards

Where processing occurs outside the UK or EEA we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms to protect your rights. We seek to keep data within the UK and EEA unless operational or legal reasons require otherwise.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described. Retention periods vary by data type. Session logs are kept for a short operational window while security logs may be retained longer for investigation. If you request deletion and no legal reason prevents it we will delete your data within statutory timescales.

8. Your rights

You have rights under data protection law including the right to be informed, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any right use the contact button above.

If you remain dissatisfied you may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk to protect personal data: encryption in transit, access controls and regular audits. No system is infallible. If a breach affects your rights we will notify you where required by law.

10. Automated processing and profiling

Stratatrix uses automated processes to manage session behaviour, personalise permitted features and detect abuse. Where automated decisions would have a legal or similarly significant effect you have the right to request human review. Where profiling materially affects you we will provide meaningful information about the logic involved.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. The effective date above will be revised and material changes will be highlighted where required.

12. Legal note

This policy is written to meet UK and EU transparency requirements.
